https://youtu.be/5DPEoUTf97o Yes that's right I PARTIALLY animated this moment from my Moo Mesa fan comic adding Doopy's voiced and added a BAWONG sound effect ti go with it. This is the closest you'll get to a Doopy cartoon. I would love your feed back or even comments on the video itself and who knows...maybe I'll get work try animating to make my OC character come to life.
